Can I sell my house as-is?
Yes. Brian can walk you through both options: listing as-is on the open market, or getting an as-is offer from an investor, so you can compare your net proceeds.
Do I need to be pre-approved before looking at homes?
It's strongly recommended. A pre-approval shows sellers you're serious and tells you your budget. Brian can refer you to local lenders.
